Engineering exams in Pennsylvania are administered in conjunction with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). All policies and procedures related to the administration of these exams are governed by NCEES. Candidates seeking to schedule any computer-based exams offered by NCEES (FE, FS, PS exams) should visit www.pearsonvue.com/ncees.
The PE Exam is computer-based test and offered year-round. All PE candidates in Pennsylvania must be pre-approved by the State Registration Board. Applications for pre-approval are submitted to the Board via the Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS).
